OUR POLICIES

We are a team of nail care professionals with high training, aspiring to make your experience at V Nails & Spa a satisfying one. At our salon, we follow the following policy for mutual convenience of the customers and the salon.

• We will try our best to exceed your expectations, however, mistakes can happen. Please let us know before you leave the salon if you have any concerns with our services. As soon as you walk out of the salon, we will assume that you are satisfied with the services.

• If you are not satisfied with the nail color after we finish the service, and you wish to change it, we will charge an extra amount for it. We will redo any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service. All repairs will be done with the original color of the service. 

• If you arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a walk-in customer.

• If you have any infection, we might refuse your services. If you insist on still receiving the service, it will be at your own risk, and we will not be responsible for any consequences. 

• We have the right to refuse or stop any services.

• To help us provide a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that you respect others when using your phone.

• Prices vary between technicians and may change depending on length, designs, and the time it takes to complete the service. Please discuss the cost with the technician before the service begins.

• You will be fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit.

• Children must be supervised at all times by the parents or guardians. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur.

• Our polish application may last differently depending on each clients lifestyle, health, and adherence to maintenance instructions.

• We do not offer refunds for any services, all sales are final.

• Due to an influx on nationwide supplies/materials, prices on any service may increase.
